This expertise is grounded in years of hands-on experience at the executive level in business.
I work internationally, supporting my clients in German, English, and Portuguese.
As a lecturer in organizational development, I stay at the forefront of the latest academic insights and trends. I apply this knowledge exactly where it adds the most value and fits best.

About Me
With in-depth expertise and practical experience, I guide projects, leaders, and teams in developing, shaping, and implementing new approaches. I inspire people to embrace change, adopt new perspectives, and open themselves to transformation and personal growth. Additionally, I provide professional support in creating actionable strategies and realistic plans for integrating changes into daily business—offered in German, English, and Portuguese.
During my nearly 25-year career at Lufthansa, I built extensive expertise in leading transformations, particularly in digitalization and organizational restructuring. My experience spans roles as leader, manager, internal consultant, project leader, and IT change manager. As a certified agile and systemic organizational developer, mediator, and business coach, I bring a broad skill set and methodological knowledge to complement my practical background.
When it comes to leadership presence and resilience, I incorporate elements of kinesiology, body intelligence, and somatic practices into my work, depending on the context. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in embodiment rooted in martial arts principles, I offer practical tools to enhance clarity, focus, and resilience in the workplace and in challenging situations.
Since the end of 2019, I have been working independently as a consultant, facilitator, trainer, lecturer, and coach, helping teams and leaders navigate complex transformation phases. My clients come from a wide range of sectors, including finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, cooperatives, public administration as well as non-profit or religious institutions.
